STUDIO BC : MY PRIVATE DESIGN RETREAT

Studio BC is more than a workspace — it’s a retreat. Housed in a dark-stained 1970s cedar ranch tucked into ten private acres of woods in Janesville, Wisconsin, it’s both easy to reach and a world apart. Just off I-90 — 30 minutes from Madison or Rockford, and two hours from Chicago — you’ll find yourself surrounded by quiet, calming nature the moment you arrive.

This wooded setting isn’t just a backdrop. It’s part of the process. The Studio BC environment has a way of slowing you down, opening you up, and sparking the kind of clarity that change requires. It’s a place designed for side-by-side work — whether we’re cooking, planning, problem-solving, or creating something entirely new.

My goal is to make Studio BC a safe place for change — a starting point for your journey of design, transformation, and wellness. Everything we need to deep-dive into my services is here at hand: the kitchen for MealMeds, the open spaces for reflection and conversation, the quiet corners for focused strategy. The retreat is equal parts practical and magical, grounding and inspiring.

Getting here is simple, but leaving here is a different story. Clients often describe the experience as stepping into another world — as they return to it with a whole new perspective. While most sessions happen here at Studio BC, I do occasionally coordinate house-calls for established clients at a premium rate.
